FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGY

The Eurasian Jay spreads seeds and nuts and warns other forest inhabitants of danger.
To do so, it uses a rich repertoire of calls.

From my professional experience: Why do people fall victim to fraud?

My motto: Take it easy, but ... take it.

I am fundamentally curious about all life experiences. I take whatever comes and try to gain insights from it so as to create something new.

About women in Science

The first true experiment with an unknown outcome (trial and error) was, as is well known, conducted by a woman, thus giving rise to empirical research: her name was Eve, and she ate the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge. The consequences of her pioneering act are widely known.

Every path to a university position follows, fatefully, per aspera ad astra. Mine, however, rarely leads to an academic career, as I first spent five years of my life in the Pöschwies/Regensdorf prison. Later, I was evaluated by the forensic psychiatrist Prof. Dr. med. Volker Dittmann (Basel) and the legal psychologist Prof. Dr. sc. nat. Günter Köhnken (Kiel) on the basis of my habilitation thesis before being released into academic freedom. How did this come about?

The constructivist "narratives" by the magazines "Beobachter" and "Horizonte" stand directly opposed to the appreciation expressed toward me by the University of Zurich and the Swiss National Science Foundation, "en connaissance de cause." Both institutions are familiar with the details of the case and my criticism of historians and decided to reverse their opinions in 2023 (see evidence). The alleged accusations against me are all show and no go; they conceal the relevant facts and contexts. Anyone may ask me about them directly or read them in my publications (2022a; 2021b; 2020b; 2020a; 2019b; 2019a; 2022b; 2021a).
